Maximum number of machines problem

When i tried to open it later when it was working normally,it gave this error on its own and i had to login.

Maximum number of machines reached for your license.

can you reset them please? and how many machines can i load Dubler2? I have pc and mac together but using it on PC…

Hi, Dubler can be installed on up to 3 separate machines. If you can email us at help@vochlea.co.uk with your account email address we’ll get the licenses reset ASAP
