I have emailed twice today with no response. Curious if support is good with this app? I know its a weekend so maybe not? I have yet to buy, and want to make sure it fits my needs. Also…is there a trial ? Doesnt seem to be…and the conversion rate from USD to Canadian on this site is quite off…more expensive…Sincerely…Marco .

We don’t currently offer a trial but there is a 14 day return window for the software and a 30 day return window for the full studio kit, so if you find it’s not for you you can receive a full refund. If you emailed us at help@vochlea.co.uk we’ll get back to you very shortly today!
