I just purchased the Dubler 2 and it says I can’t download the software until I log in. I never had an account, so I tried to create one with the same email I use to purchase the software with as instructed, but it keeps saying invalid token. Could someone please assist me with this issue?

Sorry to hear that - an invalid token can happen either when the reset link has expired, or when a new link has been requested and so the previous links are no longer valid. Please request a new reset link here - www.vochlea.com/forgot-password.
