Downloaded latest version of Dubler 2 on second laptop-2010 MacBook Pro running 10.13.6. It installed fine. It opened up once and asked for a password. I entered password and it then crashed and now won’t open. Dialog box says it has quit unexpectedly. Restarted computer and redownloaded insnstaller to no avail. Any advice?
Hi, there’s a chance the macbook pro is below our minimum system requirements if it’s an older model from 2010. Can you send the full specs of the laptop via the About This Mac section?
It’s a mid 2010 mbp with 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 It has 2 cores 256KB L2 cache and 3 MB L3 cache. Quite the dinosaur.
