Dubler 2 midi capture won’t drag into FL?

Every time I record a melody or cords on the dubler midi capture it won’t let me “drag and drop” into FL. I can’t figure out what’s wrong please help.

Hi, could you double check that you are dragging into the correct place from MIDI Capture?

You can also drop it directly into the piano roll like the photo below
