Hello, trying to upgrade to dubler 2.1.2 but it keeps failing. Anyone else having this problem?
Hi, is there a particular error message you are getting when installing? If you haven’t done so already I’d recommend deleting / uninstalling your current version, and downloading the latest file from the website - Download Dubler | Vochlea Music
Let us know if the issue still persists
Just tried to reinstall after uninstalling and it failed again.
Can you please let us know your full computer specs? Also are you trying to install on a guest account that may not have full user permissions?

Okay thanks for sending that over. It would be useful if you could send us your install logs so we can look into this -
1. Run the installer
Run the installer one more time, even if it fails again. We want to make sure our installer’s output is the most recent thing in the log file.
2. Open the Terminal app
You’ll find Terminal in your Applications > Utilities folder.
Alternately, you can press Cmd+Space to perform a spotlight search. Type “Terminal” into the box and press Return.
3. Run this command in Terminal
In the Terminal app, type (or copy and paste) the following command, and press Return:
cp /var/log/install.log ~/Desktop
This will place a copy of your install.log file on your Desktop.
4. Send the install.log file
Attach the file called install.log on your desktop to help@vochlea.co.uk
