Hi! I’ve seen on this forum that you’ve said several times that you’re considering making an iPad / iOS version. But nothing recently on the subject. Can you tell me where you stand on this? Is it still a possibility in the future? Is it on your roadmap? Have you started development? Can you tell us more? I’m really interested in your product, but I’m in a hardware plus iPad configuration. An iOS version would be ideal for me - and apparently for a few others.
If I bought the desktop version, it would be on Windows, but that doesn’t fit in well with my workflow and setup. If Dubler were to run on Linux, I could possibly devote a mini PC or even a Raspberry to it, which would make a standalone midi voice controller.
What’s more, if I buy the desktop version (Windows) and the iOS version comes out, I suppose my license wouldn’t be valid?
Thanks in advance for your answers!
Hi! Sorry for the slow reply on this. An iOS version of Dubler 2 is something we’ve spoken to users about a lot but is not being currently worked on. We’re a very small team so unfortunately have to choose which projects we can dedicate our time to, but there’ll be some exciting things coming pretty soon!
