Dubler Midi Capture won't open Dubler 2

Using Dubler 2 in Cubase, the first time i pressed ‘Open Dubler 2’ from the ‘Dubler Midi Capture’ window it opened it fine, but that was the only time it worked.

I’ve tried restarting and all that jazz, do i have to reinstall it or something?

Hi, could you first let us know what version of MIDI capture and Dubler 2 you are running, which you can find by clicking the logo in the top left of the plugin and the app. Also please let us know if you’re on Windows or Mac

Is the connection between MIDI Capture and Dubler 2 otherwise working normally if you open Dubler 2 manually from your taskbar or dock?
