Dubler2 is not installing

Dubler2 is not installing on my computer. It gets stuck on “finishing installation”.

Hi,

Sorry you’ve had issues getting started. If you restart after this are there any Dubler or Vochlea components on your machine or has nothing installed at all?

As a first port of call I would recommend deleting and uninstalling any left over components and attempting a reinstall from scratch. You can follow our article on how to do this here -
