How to downgade

Hi, updated to version 2.1.3. (Bought nov ´22) Now Dubler crashes repeadly on startup. I´m on an old iMac running 10.13.6. Got no reply on email.

I am aware about the updated system requirements. However the Dubler version I purchased in nov ´22 worked, no issues. Its now been one week without any answer from your support. Any ideas? I just want to be able to re-install a previous version.
