I need help getting my license to activate Dubler 2

My license did not show up in the Mail.

My license does not show on the vochlea account.

and the 25 character serial numbers for the license and Dubler 2 kit and microphone are not in the box.

Where do I get my license and the code in order to activate my Dubler 2 Kit abelton lite and the microphone?
