Part payments available in NZ?

Hi I am in New Zealand and I would like to get Vochlea Dubler 2 on a part payment basis. I already have the Klarna app.

However the part payment option does not seem to be available when I try to purchase.

Hi! Unfortunately Klarna is currently only available for customers in the UK, and is not available for New Zealand right now. Very sorry for any disappointment
We’ll look to cover more areas with part payment options in the future, however in the meantime PayPal will sometimes offer payment plans depending on your account.

Thanks for the reply. That’s unfortunate. I would really like to get this I think this would be perfect for how I flow. I guess I’ll have to figure out how to save up now kind of hard to do on what my income but I’ll do my best
