I cannot seem to find the serial code in the box.

Unless you’ve purchased a kit from a retailer or selected it as a gift a serial code is not needed.
A Vochlea account is created with the email used at checkout, and the license is attached automatically. You should have received instructions to your inbox on settings this up.

When using my login, the website is saying I don’t have any active licenses for Dubler
