Hi have a problem opening my Dubler 2 application. It says the installation was successful yet it crashes everytime I try to open it. I deleted the application and redowloaded but the same thing happened. I also restarted my computer but it’s still not working. I have a MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.6 MacBook Pro (13inch, mid-2012). Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5. Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Startup disk: Macintosh HD. Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536MB. What should I Do?

Hi, I believe this was answered on our support email but if you haven’t done so already please email us with details of your full computer specs and we can look into this.
It can be the case that older macs such as the one listed above do not meet our full system requirements and so are unable to run Dubler. We unfortunately can’t always guarantee Dubler to run on older machines that are 10+ years old.
