VSTi on track before or after adding MIDI Capture?

Hi. I have just set up Dubler2, so now I’m ready to add midi capture to a Reaper track…but do I need to add my chosen instrument plugin BEFORE adding MIDI capture or AFTERWARDS? eg, does it matter?

Hi, MIDI Capture should be added on it’s own separate MIDI track. You can then drag the clips from MIDI Capture into any other track you like with an instrument on. You can find out more info here - How to use Dubler's MIDI Capture
